I wonder if SkyMaxx Pro 'parses' the file content count in the XPX folder, for just before I fired up XPX, I had gone to Carenado, and downloaded all my planes for XPX, FSX, and FS9, to get all their v3 versions. I would imagine this is a genuine "request" to re-activate the addon, but if you are still uneasy about it perhaps send an email to Cameron at X-aviation and I'm sure he can allay any concerns you have. Although X-plane "out of the box" will allow you to shift the X-plane folder pretty much with impunity, the addons are a very different matter. possibly even another location on the same machine, you will need to re-activate the product.
